I was born on the beautiful island of Victoria, spent most of my childhood growing up in Sherwood Park, AB, before I eventually settled in Saskatoon. Prior to my jump into Real Estate, I was a nurse by trade working predominantly in emergency. After having my two kids Jayden and Arysha, I came to the difficult conclusion I needed a career with more flexibility to allow more time with my family. Throughout my Real Estate career which has spanned over 12 years, I have served on multiple boards and committees, as well as President of our Saskatoon and Region Real Estate board in 2018. My husband Mel and I are avid business owners and entrepreneurs, owning over 30 rental doors in Saskatoon and managing them all ourselves. Our true passion is business planning and development, and helping young entrepreneurs on their path to success! We are also part owners in Tastebuds Cafe on Lorne Ave, for about 20 years now. I have a large blended family who are of utmost importance to me, which is why I strive to treat each and every client the same way! My experience in the industry allows me to better navigate each Real Estate transaction, while building lifelong relationships with clients who often turn into friends!

In my spare time, my husband Mel and I are devoted world travelers, having the opportunity to travel has been a tremendous blessing and some of my favorite places we have been are Southeast Asia and all over Europe. Croatia has been the most special place by far, other cultures and cuisines are fascinating and experiencing it firsthand is truly amazing. I am also a natural intuitive and empath, along with Katrina I have also completed my level 1 and 2 in Reiki, as well as specialized intuitive training. I am a huge advocate of taking care of yourself both physically and spiritually, and I am always looking to further my knowledge through reading and seminars. When I am not travelling, I enjoy being outside and have recently taken up paddle boarding - much of my spring and summer is spent on the water, or camping throughout much of Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Katrina Evans, REALTOR®

Prior to getting my Real Estate license, I was a stay at home mom to my 2 boys, Trey and Tyson. I was born and raised in Saskatoon, and after briefly living in Calgary for 5 years, my husband and I decided our hometown was the perfect place to plant our roots to raise our kids. I have always had a passion for helping people and connecting on a personal level, and with my advertising and marketing background, along with my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the U of S, Real Estate was the perfect fit for me. It allows me to maintain flexibility to better serve my clients, while never missing out on a hockey game or birthday party. The Real Estate process can admittedly very emotional and sometimes stressful, I will always maintain a positive attitude regardless of the situation, and with a naturally therapeutic personality, it is my true joy to educate our clients and aid them in making those tough decisions. 

When I am not at the rink, I enjoy spending time at home with my dogs (I have 5!), and I am a huge pop-culture and Sci-Fi buff. Recently I have taken an interest in alternative therapies, I have obtained my level 1 and 2 in Reiki and am always open to self improvement on an emotional and spiritual level. And if you know me you'll know aside from Real Estate my other passion is FOOD! I am a huge foodie and lover of all things cuisine!

Also having a background in renovations and home building, I am ecstatic to lend my knowledge to aid clients in undertaking projects in their home, regardless if they are buying or selling. I am very detail oriented and quite possibly a perfectionist, so my clients can be assured I am providing the best possible service with their best interests at heart. Outside of real estate, I am a mom to my baby boy Holden, having the flexibility to be able to be at home when I need to is a huge blessing! I am also an avid wine connoisseur, and I adore animals of all kinds!

I was born and raised in the gorgeous city of saskatoon, spending lots of time, winter and summer at our family cabin at chitek lake. Prior to pursuing my real estate license, I attended the university of Saskatchewan obtaining a bachelor of commerce degree in management with a minor in marketing. Once finishing university, I went on to work in the service industry specifically restaurants.  I have worked in numerous higher end management roles throughout the last 8 years. 

I have always had a passion for real estate and recently made the decision to pursue it as my career. I am so excited to assist my clients, friends and family in the pursuit of all things Real Estate. I take pride in my ability to build and maintain key relationships with excellence, transparency and ethics.

In my spare time I love spending time with my dog, my two nephews, friends and family. I love to travel and have been numerous places in the world with some of my closest friends. Europe is one of my favorites specifically Amsterdam and Prague. Amazing and gorgeous cities with so much history. I still enjoy going out to the lake, quadding, fishing, snowmobiling and relaxing.
